Have to replace Graphics Card. Input please.

So I have a HP a6177c recently found due to the input of the knowledgble here that my graphics card is dead, a GeForce 7350 LE on a pcie-16 slot. Would like to replace it looking at

or any better options,(need DirectX 10) not used for high end gaming just online(Facebook, farmville, Evony)stuff
Also on a separate OLD Gateway tower, P4 2.6 clock, 1.5 DDR2 Ram I am wondering if putting a small GPU on a AGP slot would help it at all or the Processor is the bottleneck in that system since I never run out of Ram in it, but run the processor pretty high.

Evony is a real game? Heh, go figure. You never specified a max price range, and I was also wondering how much room is in that case and on the motherboard.
 
The HP old graphics card was just over an inch thick and low profile. It did have a fan onboard and I would like to stay under 50 for a new card. Something I just thought of, we are planning on upgrading this computer to Win 7 64 bit currently is Vista 32 bit not sure if that makes a difference or not.
