My friend recieved a new pc from one of our friends, and i wanted it but have a good PC, So i payed my friend 50 bucks to switch me Processors. They were different sizes so i replaced all of the insides from one tower to another since my video card wouldnt fit in his. His old one would randomly shut down. Now i put my pc's insides in his Gateway DX something, installed windows 7 64bit, installed all his applications, and everything is running fine. One issue, when I play World of Warcraft, the only game he plays, after 5 minutes the pc shuts off. I had these insides and it has never done it before. Specs on the pc's are:
Foxconn Motherboard core 2 duo e7200 2.53GHz, 4gb Ram. ATI HD 4800 256mb.
^his from my old pc minus video card
Foxconn motherboard(came inside of Gateway tower, the one i took out for me) core 2 quad 2.3ghz 4gb ram, Geforce 9800 Gtx 512mb. (havent pieced back together yet)
But im wondering did Windows install wrong, did i plug something in wrong, i usually have no issues with this, but when he wakes up tommorow to play and notices it shuts off he is gona be pissed. I have all my pc tools with me. Plz guys help me
