Having a small issue with Flash on IE

Hi,

Im having a prob with Flash which started yesterday, basically when i go to sites with flash a grey outline appears around the image, ive shown this below in the screenshot. (Note when i moved my mouse over the flash thing it says 'Click to activate control' :S what control ?

Note* - I also went to Tools > Options > Programmes > Manage Add-Ons > Then updated 'Shockwave ActiveX control' and 'Shockwave flash object' but this didn't solve anything. Can someone help ? Thanks

Following a lost legal battle, Microsoft has had to add this message as part of a Windows Update patch, namely KB912945. The message affects third party ActiveX controls.

You should be able to safely remove this update, which is an optional software update and not a security one, and IE should revert to its previous state. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912945 for more info.
