having difficulty installing drivers

i was told from this site that this motherboard
Asus M3N78-VM AM2+ GF8200 5200MT DDR2 PCIEx16 RAID GbLAN mATX

would be able to have this graphics card
Gigabyte GF9600GT 512MB 256bit DDR3 PCIE2.0 2xDVI-I TV-Out HDCP

i can't get the drivers to intall?

nah i bought the card and i cant install the drivers using the cd but i did the 'found new hadware' thing and intalled the drivers using that. But now when i turn the computer on it says "VGA card not supported" But i'm able to play the games i want to play that i couldn't play before (e.g CODWAW)
it's weird, also under the display drivers it does say nvidea 9600 why is it saying "VGA card not supported"?
