Having some troubles with the graphic cards.

Hello. I bought a new laptop in Saturday, but i've had some troubles with my graphic cards. I don't know if they are working correctly, because sometimes one of them is detected and sometimes doesn't.

Here are the specs of the computer:

What is: "CrossFire disabled" ? How can i make sure that the graphics cards are working correctly? Thank you very much.

Well it looks like you have 2 different series of cards, though they are the same card.

To enable crossfire, they must be the same type.

For example you must have (2) 4GB R9 290X's (any brand) to have crossfire but can't have a R9 280X and a R9 290X since they are different.

You have a R4 integrated and a R5 card added according to the description. It's a laptop, so automatically it should use the R5 240 being the more powerful card.

Thank you very much for your reply!

So, the graphic card that is active in my laptopt is the R4. But should be the R5 since it's the more powerful card, right? How can i activate the R5 M240?

Thank you very much.

The graphic card that is working is the Radeon 4. Something is wrong here. Why doesn't the Radeon R5 M240 work?
