Having Trouble Deciding Between Two Laptops

So I'm looking to buy a new fairly cheap laptop. I want to be able to run IDE's like Eclipse up while watching video's and browsing the web at the same time. I also would like to be able to handle the Go Pro camera editing studio with ease. I would like to be able to play games like WoW on decent settings (like Medium view distance, medium textures and environments, etc.). Right now I'm looking at two laptops

1. HP ProBook 6455b Phenom II Dual Core 2.8GHz 4GB 320GB ATI HD 4250 Gaming Laptop

2. Dell Latitude E4310 i7-620M 2.67 GHz 4GB 250GB DVD+/-RW W7P ST#4ZGJYN1

The dell has what I believe is better CPU and integrated graphics, while the HP has what I'm not sure is comprable CPU and dedicated GPU.

My question is which one is better? The processing power v.s. GPU and what not. Same price. Thank you

For any graphics intensive work such as videya editing and some gaming I always prefer dedicated graphics. But in my opinion your in the right price range.

I've never been a massive fan of dell either. They seem to fail a lot, from what I've seen in reliability surveys.
