having trouble with a build

So, I am at work so I can't look at the actual model number but here is the link to the exact product:

Well, I can tell you right now, you better replace the power supply because the one you have is crap. It won't push that 6770 you have.

This will leave you some room for upgrades. The psu may or may not be the reason for it not booting up but you definately need to change it.
Try building the pc outside of the case and see if it will work though. Do you have the pci express power connector from the power supply hooked up to the video card?
