HD 7850, Asus or MSI

I need to decide between the:

MSI HD 7850 Twin Frozr OC 2GB

Or the:

Asus HD 7850 DirectCU II 2GB

Which do you guys prefer? Which one is better?

I personally would get the MSI card. The gigabyte would be a close second.

Yeah I liked the MSI one aswell because of the cooling design and the software.

MSI since it has a nice cooler on it. My first choice would be the XFX dual fan (black edition if you don't want to oc yourselve) then gigabyte, then MSI. Asus is also great though...

I understand now! I didn't understand because in the second sentence you put the gigabyte before the msi. Not your fault, just me not understanding
