HD TV Tuner??

Is there an HD TV tuner for computers(USB,Or Video Card)? I Cant really find anything in a search engine.

Do you mean a TV tuner with HD capabilities or a graphics card with HD capabilities?

I'm not sure about TV Tuner's, seen as i'm not into having TV on my pc. But i do know that lots of very recent graphics cards are able to display true HD (1080p).

It's decoding that's the main issue. If you have digital in this country you notice a small delay between the analogue signal and the digital, this is because the signal is compressed and even more so with HD so you need a powerful piece of kit to decode HD well.

Ya but my main question is should i even mess with USB HD tuner..I have a g card already in my pci-e slot...so i just have 2 pci slots left.
