They're probably temperature sensors on different sections of the card (Die, ram etc.). Computer components heat up and cool down VERY fast. Within 10 seconds of starting a stress test, my CPU goes up 13*c. My 6870 goes up 10*c, and would go significantly higher were it not for my custom fan profile that ramps up with my temps. A mere 30 seconds after either test is stopped I'm back at idle temps. 74*c isn't bad at all, and it probably doesn't get any hotter after those 10 minutes either. Wouldn't say it's anything to be concerned about.
