HDD Crash on laptop

Well I some problem with my laptop, like tittle says my laptop HDD crashed and I dont know what to do now, any suggestions ?

need more information? what laptop how did it crash was it bsod? and can you not load windows up?

Sorry for bad quality (bad kamera but tried). I can turn windows on but when I get this kind of error i fell not safe to use that pc before it tottaly crashes

It's time to replace the drive. You will need to backup any data before the drive totally fails.
