HDD is write protected, can't change label

I created a partition "Local Disk (H" with Macrium Reflect (HDD backup program that created the partition). I want to change the lable/ name of the HDD (to something like "HDD backup") but when I right click on the drive and click Rename, Windows 7 tells me the disk is write protected. How do I fix this? Thanks.

go to start/right click on computer/go to manage/ under storage go to Disk managment and try changing through there

Thanks for the reply. It doesn't show up in Disk Management, it's not actually a real HDD, just a mounted image created by the software, it only shows up in My Computer.
