HDD not working on my PC????

Hey guys I installed my OS just as the instruction in Newegg TV, I unplug the HDD and installed the OS in my SSD, so after it was completed I plug in the HDD but it didn't show up in my computer panel, is this normal? what should i do? I installed all the drivers by the way
 
you need to initiliaze the drive in disk management, right click computer under the start menu in windows 7 and hit manage, then disk management, and initilize the drive in question
