HDD Recovery with Windows Copy

Hello guys
I will put a new HDD in my laptop. The old have been damaged. The problem is that I do have Windows Recovery Disk and I would like to somehow transfer the windows recovery partition from my old HDD to the new one.
Is it possible to do it?

if its a recovery partion, its most likely an oem version, so will only work if you are keeping it in the same machine, if so you can use a drive copy software like paragon or ******.
