HDD's keep having to spin up

I am having this problem with I think only 2 of my drives.

Every so often they have to spin up again, you can hear it very clearly. It is VERY annoying when you are watching a movie or playing music off those drives, and the media keeps periodically (probably once ever 10 minutes) pausing for about 3 or 4 seconds while the drive speeds up again.

It is not power settings - they are on Performance, and the HDDs are instructed never to shut down.

Any ideas people?

make sure the site right in the case and the screws are tightish and no wonder it does because of the 10,000 RPM like OMG!!!!
 
Everything is secure. I fully rearranged my case a few days ago, so I am sure of that. Not that I would not secure everything properly anyway.

And, funnily enough - I'm not storing any of my media on my Raptor... That drive isn't the problem, it runs fine.

Any other suggestions?
