HDMI cables

I visited monoprice.com today and I was looking at HDMI cables to connect my monitor to my computer. I came across two types of HDMI cables and was wondering if someone could explain the difference between the two. The two cables are the exact same with two differences: 'Conductor plating' and 'net jacket'. This (http://www.monoprice.com/products/p...024004&p_id=3661&seq=1&format=3#specification) cable has tin plating and a 'net jacket' while this (http://www.monoprice.com/products/p...024004&p_id=3658&seq=1&format=3#specification) cable has silver plating and no net jacket. The Silver plated cable is also $4 more than the tin plated cable? Are there any advantages to silver cables over the tin cables for home/gaming use?
 
looks sketchy? really? I was referenced to that site by people in this forum. Though the warning about the credit card info is a little disconcerting...And thank you for the help:)
