I want to overclock my cpu and video card but I need to be able to monitor the temperature. can some sone suggest a program that will work for me
 
Uh, speedfan, everest, pcmonitor. Or you can just look in the bios. Also, what video card do you have? You can probably monitor the graphics card temp just through the default drivers, if assuming your graphics card has a temp diode.
 
try ati tools for graphics card monitering. And the programs i said above for cpu. But remember, sometimes programs can misread temps, so always check the bios.
