Heat sinks and Fans

If it's a BOXED edition they usually come with a good enough HFS and thermal paste, but I suggest getting a "aftermarket" HFS and Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste.
 
are the heatsinks that come with the CPU's when buy good, or should i buy a better one?

They are usually sufficient unless you have a wierd thermal environment or decide to overclock
