heater core

so i just seen someone on overclockers do this
so i decided i wanted to give it a try, so im probably going to spend about 80 dollors on the total water cooling system because im going to buy a good pump, good hose and good cpu block but im going to use a car heater core as the resevor with 4 fans mounted to it

im going to cut out the top of my case and mount it on there with the hoses on the inside, and case it in with sheetmetal bent to make look like my orignal case, all the things come in about a week, ill keep you guys posted, ill even make a guide so if any of you want to do this you can.

a good cpu block+pump alone will run over 130 dollars if you buy from performance-pcs, and don't use a heatercore, just use a swiftech 360 ran with 3 120mm fans strapped to it, that swiftech rad runs about 40 dollars, and the fittings for all that would probably be another 10 dollars or so, and as a reservoir use a swiftech micro res, about 20 dollars also, just so you know, cheap watercooling wouldn't do any better than a high end air cooling solution just so you know

well seeing how i already have the highest bid on the heater core yeah lol.

the whole point for me doing this is because not alot of people do it
im going to get a really good pump and a decent cpu block.

i decided im going to spend about 60 bucks on a pump and around 30 on cpu block
so yeah it is cheeper then normal

from what i seen on newegg a good radiator is around 50 dollors

im going to mount four fans on this heatercore witch will only be like another 10 dollors soo yeah if you ask me its giong to work

and ill have a system with a part no one else owns!!!
and i get to make a custom mod to my case! ownage

the reason why nobody uses heater cores is corrosion, come back in about 6 months when the radiator is falling apart, this is what will happen:
