Heatsink Fan for 1156 socket, any recommendations?

Hi , Im looking to overclock my i5 but I cant seem to find a good heatsink/fan with good reviews.. Ive found loads of good heatsinks without a fan, but that scares me away because ive never manually put fans on a heathsink.. any ideas?
 
Hey mtb a friend of mine has a Coolermaster Hyper TX3 for his i7 860 and his core temps range from 22*C and don't exceed 55* on continuous load. if i had a 1156 board this would be the heat sink fan i would be looking at getting. On a completely unrelated matter good luck in the World Cup :)
