heatsink & fan suggestions

What are some good heatsink & fans that I should get? I will be using this for a gaming PC and the processor will be an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 Kentsfield 2.66GHz LGA 775. I want a heatsink that is not overly expensive, something no more expensive then $40.



Here are two I was looking at (They would work with that processor and socket type, right?):

So are those two good heatsinks and fans? Which one would you say would be better, or is there another one I didn't list you would recommend?

These would be my recommendations;

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro - awesome value and great cooling
Tuniq Tower - Even better cooling, bit more expensive, looks great.
 
The Scythe Ninja will get it done with minimal airflow :).

And like others said, the Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme is the best of the best and the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro is great for the price.
 
It's Zalman and you're right, they make some of the best.
There is some big beasts out there that cool extremely well, but for a reasonably sized heatsinks with excellent cooling characteristics, Zalman is one of the best.
