heatsink help please!

I purchased a Gateway media center a whiles back. Its a pentium d 820. The heatsink that was on the motherboard they were using does not fit my new motherboard ( http://www.newegg.com:80/Product/Pro...82E16813131032) . Now if I buy a socket t heatsink/fan I am sure that I need those clamps that I dont have and i cant find them anywhere online
Can someone help me?
Im desperate and its killlling me

I have a compatible mobo I just believe gateway used screws instead of clamps and now I can not find one anywhere
