What is the best pushpin cpu cooler I could use to overclock my i5?

Hi Everyone, I want to buy a good heatsink fan for my processor but I was hoping to get a heatsink that I wont have to remove my motherboard to add the new heatsink... I

Id like the heatsink to have a similiar connection to the motherboard like the stock intel heatsinks...

Last time i removed my motherboard to put this huge heatsink on I bent my socket pins and Im scared to try it again.

Thanks in advance.

Yes. You really could do that with the stock cooler, but it still is better to have an aftermarket one. Just be sure to properly clean off the old thermal paste off your CPU and reapply some. Do you have any extra thermal paste?

Im just too scared of the screw bolt at the moment.. Wish my case had a little compartment in the back so I would'nt have to remove the mobo

Okay... As long as i review this heatsink. It look no problem. You know why? because there are shock on screw which is good. There are one thing i don't understand. Why are pin socket bent when you installed heatsink? Do you removed CPU when you installed heatsink? If so, you might installed CPU that's not on flat. All LGA motherboard should be on flat when installing CPU. If installing CPU that's not on flat, pin could fall off or pin is not in right place. Do you know why there are shield on new brand motherboard? to protect from pin fall off or damages.

As long as i know about computer, you don't have to remove your CPU to installing heatsink except for clean CPU (be sure motherboard is on flat).

Here is how i installing my heatsink without problem. I set my motherboard on flat in order to remove CPU and clean thermal paste off of CPU. Then i put it back and reapply thermal paste. Finally, I'm ready to installing my heatsink. I can do that if my motherboard is on flat or not, because while CPU is installing pin won't fall off.
