Heatsinks and Hyper-Threading

Heatsink is what is used to spread the heat generated from your CPU, and then the fan moves the heat away from the heatsink. (quick explanation)

Hyper Threading is whan you have 1 physical processor, and also 1 logical processor, which acts sortof like having 2 cpu's, which is very good in multi-tasking.

its the chunk of metal covering your cpu, in your case, a chunk of aluminum. ;)
