Heatwave - Overheating?

Currently having a heatwave where I live and it is quite hot. I felt my computer and noticed it was very hot. I went in the back to feel the air from the fans and it was super hot. Opened up speedfan and the results don't look very good:

Is this safe? My computer is currently converting videos and stuff and it has these temps at the moment. Temp 2 is the CPU. Heatwave is suppost to get worse and the computer is near a window though. Don't know what the temps will be while playing a game or rendering something...

Does not look good to me... specs below in sig. Current cooling is a Zalman CNPS 9500 LED on the CPU. As well as ZALMAN CNPS 7000 B ALCu on the video card.

That's pretty warm, but nothing dangerous...yet. What's your room temperature? I'm in Texas and the heat is pretty bad(been around 105°F all week) and my idle CPU temp is 40°C and goes down to 30°C in the winter.
