heavy heatsinks danger?

Im thinking of upgrading my cpu fan and heatsink because i wish to overclock my cpu. Most of the heatsinks i have seen look rather bulky and heavy, would the heavy heatsinks cause harm to your mobo if you moved your computer around alot (ie LANS)?. Any suggesstions on what fan and heatsink i should get, low noise if possible.

I wouldnt worry about how heave they are, when you install computer parts you need to push down fairly hard, and there should be screws next to the cpu anyway. If your worried about it crushing the cpu, it wont harm it because there is already lots of force on the cpu when theres a hsf on it that has been locked down.

The weight isn't a huge problem, however in recognition of this issue many board manufacturers have started putting a reinforcing metal plate on the back of the board, behind the CPU to prevent any damage. I suppose that means that it can happen on older boards if used with heavy heatsinks (although i've never heard of it happening in normal operation).
