ok i was looking on the apple website store...anyways i noticed on their kinda new computer, the g5...

...the processor is like a 2.1ghz POWERPC???...im wondering what this powerpc thing is and if its good at all??...cuz my friend has one and he's always talking about how great they play games (although he does brag about everything )...i know i still dont want one, way overpriced too!!!

They are good computers, but im pretty sure they wont play games that well. and they dont offer any expandibility.

ya but not many and they dont run that well on them. although you know that cause you own a mac.

Hehe, well my mac only has a Radeon 9200. But, I can tell most things do seem to be slower on the mac. I do beleive the OS slows things down. OSX is unix based, correct? I know Sun systems are the same(sluggish, I own one ;P) and they too are Unix based...
