Well, I bought this game a wile back, and te singleplayer is pretty fun. so I decided to go and try the Multiplayer part. but, when I tried to create an account, it said the key was already in use. :s

the stupidest part tough, I have to login to actually get support. but I cant create the damn account! I mean, how lame is that? :(

any idea what I should do now (no, going back to the shop isnt going to help, I cant prove i didnt use the key, not to mention I have the game for about a month now already anyways)

anyhow, Bandai Namco Games gets a big plus from me! (NOT!) this gotta be the most ridicculus support setup ever :(
 
the same happened to me with COD4, i had to call them up and hassle activision for awhile before i figured out how to get another cd-key.
 
well, on their site there is no phone number or any contact info at all :/

at least, I cant seem to find any! :(
 
Well I guess your screwed then =P I looked on the Hellgate: London website, and for support, you need to login. Maybe you could try searching on the internet for some answers?
 
That's brutal. Do you need an account to post on their forums or are you able to create one without needing a cd key?
 
Hellgate London is a game created by Electronic Arts. Go to their home page (www.ea.com) (the US version) and under "quick navigation" select the Support page (one of the last ones), select "Contact Us". A page with the login screen will appear. Create a new account, but you DON'T NEED TO register your game since the key won't work, but you still can create an account. Then login with the new account and there will be a contact form. Complete it and hopefully you will get an answer. You can ask them for a phone number so they can provide you with a new key, because you don't want to share the new one with others.
 
funny, I tried the key 1 last time (it even showed up in the pull-down box when I enetered it) and it worked.. maybe a glitch on the registration server?
 
ok, didnt work after all.. I created an account on the US side... when I realized, I tried creating one on the EU side, and then I got the message its in use again. sent a mail to EA already.
