...I have a problem with the Internet, can anybody shed some light on it for me. I have recently changed ISP and had a problem with new modem. They have sent me a new one.....I connected it up and now my internet is running really slow.I would say its slower than dail-up. My pc is running fine, its just internet. I have done a disk clean up, defrag etc etc. Still running slow. Has anyone got any ideas, because I am lost

Thanks for your reply's. I think I may have accidently discovered the problem.When getting my MAC code from sky. Its seems my telephone line is still AOL active, so basically Iam trying to run 2 broadbands though one telephone line......why I dont know ? i did cancel...and why coouldn't sky tell my this when they tested my line ?
