Help! A little knowledge needed about os x thingy!

hi everyone, i have got bored of looking at vista on my laptop and i am using window blinds to make it look like os x but i can't think what the bar that you launch applications from on os x is ... i have changed to look like os x before and i do it for a few weeks and get bored but this time i forgot what that bar is called and if anyone knows what programs i can use to get that then please tell me!

Do you mean the dock

For a dock there is Rocketdock or Object Dock. Personally Object Dock is the best .

You can also google themes.
