Help!.Accidentally changed ProgramFiles Directionary in Regisrt Editor

I accidentally changed my installation file path in my computer because of low disk space in my c-drive.Now i cannot download anything. i tried downloading and installing but after that there is a update and it keep popping up that the local save file setted failed.
My current ProgramFileDir is C:\Program Files (x86) but for some reason i have 2 of this programFileDir and my program files path is %programeFiles%.

Please i need someone to help me with this.

Change the registry back to the way it was and then either do a custom install and change the installation folder or you will need to shrink a partition and give that space to the C drive.
