help acer laptop

Hi im new to this website but could do with some help lol. I have an Acer Laptop, which is just over 2 years old, its bit slow but have a lot of stuff on it which is not really the problem, when ive used it for about an hour if that, it turns off completely, i have tried using the battery and mains and just mains but same thing happens. It doesnt get over hot at all and its always on a board to allow the air through, but still it turns itself off for no reason, no warning. Would appreciate any help if anyone has any ideas thanx diane :(
 
It still could be overheating. Have you looked in event viewer to see if there is any issues.
