HELP!! Aegia Physx wont install!!?

Aegia Physx wont install, help i just got new graphics card (9800GT XFX 512mb overclocked) and when i installed physx it just comes up with, "installation ended prematurely because of an error" WTF IS THAT, HELP ME, how can i remove all traces and get it to work!! PLZ HELP
And there are a few work arounds but im a newbie so u need to explain it step by step plz @( HELP PLZ :confused::confused:

If you install the latest nVidia drivers they have the PhysX installed. You don't need to bother downloading the stand alone PhysX drivers.
