Help! Auto turn on issue.

Hey peeps,

My PC is acting weird all of a sudden. I don't think I did anything or any settings to it. It just started acting weird all of a sudden. Whenever I try to put it in sleep, it turns back on automatically. Not right away, but like 10 or 15 mins later. And its not always 10 or 15 mins after I put it to sleep, sometimes it is rigth away, and sometimes it can be 30 mins later. Not a set time... Some people say it might be the USB things u are plugged into thats causing the problem, but I unplugged them all and plug them back in... still won't work. My system power saving option is all off I have triple checked to make sure.

So..what's wrong? Im running windows 8 btw.

Put the computer on sleep.
Then unplug every external device connected to the computer.
Do NOT connect any external peripheral (no keyboard, no mouse, no printer).
Let it sleep. See it it auto-wakes up even with external peripherals disconnected, and let us know how it goes.
 
I have experimented it and it seems like when I put my PC to sleep without any USB plugged, everything is fine... but with USB, then no...
 
so it's one of the external devices that is triggering a wake up event. Plug in one device at a time and check which one is causing the problem. put the computer on sleep with everything but the keyboard and the mouse connected. see if it wakes up automatically.
