Help! Before I buy

I was about to buy my system and I cant decide on the Mobo/PSU, please help. This Quad SLi is driving me nuts, I hear so many different things. Let me know if there is a better Mobo out there for what I need, I will eventually want to upgrade to 2 GPU's and probably Quad them. Also, will be overclocking so I need the good rails/voltage or something, and the PSU.
