Help Build $850 pc

The PC will be used for streaming purposes so having a nice meaty CPU is first priority. It will also be used for gaming so I dont want any onboard graphics.

I'd prefer a pre-built PC but I wouldn't mind exploring options for a handmade one either but pre-built is because I'm sending this to a friend across a few states so I wouldnt be able to hook it up but out of curiousity i wouldn't mind seeing the pros and cons of pre-built $850 and hand made $850s

Self-build. price from newegg

AMD FX6300
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P/ Asus M5A97
Probably 2 x 4GB DDR3 1600 CL9, 1.5v.
HIS IceQ X² Boost H270XQM2G2M R9 270x
Samsung EVO 840 120GB SSD (optional, could get FX 8320 if you skip this)
WD Blue 1TB WD10EZEX
Optical drive - any $20
Corsair CX500M (choose this due to promotion & MIR)
Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3 (choose this due to promotion & MIR)

This is how I'd spend them. No SSD, you can downgrade the cpu or gpu to get one, and you don't really need a cd writer, you can install windows by usb, like me.
