Help! Building $2500 PC for videoproduction

Hi, I'm a student who needs a PC for video work (specifically the Adobe collection) which is capable of professional video production on a tight budget ($2500) please offer your wisdom here, thankyou so much. I only have a month to get it running!

I am not sure of the prices out there, I mean outside Egypt, but I think you should consider a dual processor machine with 2 GB of RAM and a very powerfull graphics card.

You will also require a fast Processor, maybe with Hyperthreading as you will be multi-tasking, and Hyperthreading can help you multi-task better by dedicating one part of the processor to a couple of processes and the rest of the processor to run the computer.

Of course if you want this I suggest at least a 3.0GHz/3.2GHz

Just to clairfy: you mean powerful as in "lots of features" right? (i.e., capable of high resolution capture and possibly hardware encoding)

What kinda harddrive space requirements are you looking at as that will be a major budget consideration
