I had decided for a Sapphire HD6870 or the MSI N560GTX Twin Frozr II/OC ,(sorry there was a problem with the insert link option)
So,which one would you recommend?
Please be really quick.Need to buy in next 2 days.

those are well below a 250 buck card, look at this

great brand, lifetime warranty (must be registered on site after purchase, think within 30 days), pre overclocked, and a great performer, plus a free batman arkham city code. depending on the game the 6950 can be a good bit better and i believe is a better performer, but a free arkham city is nice against the 6950's dirt 3 code, and in many games the difference is only a few frames.

just noticed you're in india, the $ sign messed me up, but for those i think the 6870 is best, but there is a minimal difference and the physx on the 560 is nice, and the 560 should have a arkham city code too so it's probably the better deal

Just because his budget is 250 doesn't mean he should spend that much. Never spend more than what you need, that applies to everything in life not just hardware. Unless you're rich then who cares! Anyways I have th 6870 and it is a great card. Maxes out any game out right now. I played Crysis 2 at 1080p, 24x AA, 16x AF, DX 11, and Hi Res textures. Don't no anything bout that Nvidia card. Just determine what you want performance wise, what you can afford, then do the research. I looked up how my card would perform for certain games instead of just synthetic bench marks. You want a card that is reasonably future proof but don't spend an arm and leg just so it will last long. The prices will eventually drop so when you need more power the higher model cards will be more affordable.
