Help buyinig a new computer

Hi, could you help me get the best computer i can for my money? i have a budget of £650. I want a computer capable of running both Dreamweaver and Photoshop at the same time. There will be lots of pictures, movie clips, and songs stored. I want to have a cordless mouse and keyboard. A flat screen 17"-19" monitor. Broadband ready. TV card installed.

Any ideas where the best place to buy is...or should i buy it all separately, if so, I could use some expert help. Cheers.Ryan
 
well i beleive 650 is about 780-800 dollars so that might be a little difficult considering a 19 inch monitor would set u back say 350-400 dollars leaving u 400 for the computer.
