help bying new motherboard

im thinking of bying a motherboard with supports dual core or quad core cpu but will a quad also support dual core cpus?also i am only a beginner to the computer industry and is their anything else i need to buy with the motherboard like leads and stuff???:confused:
 
Rest of the System Would be Intel Dual Core E5200 2.5Ghz, 2GB DDR2 Transcend, Intex Internal TV Tuner, BenQ G900HD 18.5"
 
so what do i need to buy when i change the motherboard?cuz i got no idea also 150euro is for the motherboard with integrated grafics card so what will my money get me:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

what motherboard whould i need to buy whithout changing the ram and hard drive and also would i need integrated grafics card if i replace my current motherboard?:confused:
