HELP! Cannot install or untinstall!?!

ok.. i am getting very bad problems!

i wanted to use frontpage 2003.. but when it opens it closes automatically! i tried to install .net framework 3.5... and i got an error message :

i tried to uninstall something! and install something else.. and i get the same error!?!?

how do i solve this?!!? i have checked for viruses.. and none.. althogh i can't update AVG?!?!

is this a reformat job??

ok i solved it... just run SERVICES.MSC and start windows installer...

but frontpage closes every time i use it?!?!!?

i need it for my website!!

if anyone can help.. that would be nice!

but.. i think i have major problems.. i can't even DRAG files?!?! copy or paste them?!?!?! wtf is going wrong?!!?!
