Help Choose A Case

Guess I should've watched the video before I started questioning its mightyness, best word I could come up with lol. Quite the crazy case, its got me sold if I ever get the cash or the hardware worth putting in it.

Corsair 800D pushes air from hard-drives to the back (cable management area), keeping
the hot air separate from the main section. And in the back, there is a vent for the hot
air to escape.

I think every case should be an 800D :]

I dunno. Something about that cooling system seems a tad fishy, probably because its moving so much air through a small space (because it doesn't look like it draws air from below, but rather the front) and the whole thing is freaking HUGEEEE..

But it is a nice case...

Well after looking it over i seen the HAF 922 is actually the better buy. It is 99 free shipping plus 10 off instantly.

So i bought the HAF 922 plus another Cooler Master 200mm Red fan for the side panel and total shipped came to 114.98. Compared to 189 shipped for the Haf 932 which is same size over all as the 922.

I will post pictures of it all together Next weekeend as im going to computer expo tomorrow to get some uv cathodes and uv wire tubes for wire management.

The 922 is shorter, and weighs 10 pounds less than the 932. Ugh...

Very nice cases, both of them.

If I were buying again, I would get the 922 also.

If you look at the dimensions as an over all you will see that the 922 is still a full tower. Its called a mid tower cuz of only having 5 expansion bays and the 932 has 6.

Im also glad its lighter as ill be cross firing the 4870s soon so the lighter case will help

922 Dimensions-22.2" x 10" x 19.7"= 51.9"
932 Dimensions-22.7" x 9" x 21.5" = 53.2"

As you can see its only shorter in Height, where it makes up for it in the width.

I just couldnt beat the price of 114 shipped. And at the expo today ill be picking up a 140mm fan for the bottom of case to suck cool air up.

Might want to double check that.

My HAF 932 has a 120mm fan mount on the bottom.

Not sure why they would make it bigger on the 922.
922 has room for a 140 or 120 on the bottom.

Id assume because unlike the HAF932, the 922 only allows bottom mount psu so more airflow to that area perhaps.
