So I'm in the market to buy a new laptop And I am stuck between two different ones. I will listen what I use my laptop for and maybe you all can help me decide which one would be best for me.

I use my laptop to:
-iTunes & downloading music
-Research for school
-Regular internet surfing
-Writing papers and using PowerPoint
-online classes
-Sims 3 game and the expansion packs

That's about it. I will post the links below and maybe you all can help me choose between the two or if you have a better one, my budget is 700 and I don't want a screen smaller then 15 inches.

*only thing I'm debating about this one is I don't know the company and don't know if it comes with a warranty or not, but it is a good price for an i7

#1 is probably your best bet given the choices.

#2 is too low res of a screen personally and #3 isn't really worth the difference when you can have the i7 of #1 for not much more.

There are a few reviews and youtube vids of gaming on the Sims 3/4 with the integrated 4400 iGPU and it seems to put out reasonable framerates in those titles.

If you played something more intensive I would lean more towards a discrete GPU.

You may already know this, but I would recommend DealNews for deals on PC computers. They are crazily discounted right now because January is when so many new things come out so companies are pushing out their old products to make for the new. For example: http://dealnews.com/c49/Computers/Laptops/f16/Core-i7/

Also, Lenovo is my go-to PC brand and I detest Windows 8...
