Help! Computer doesn't wanna stay on!

Dear all. My computer does not want to stay on for more than 5 seconds after switching it on. It just resets the whole time! Please help! Thanks! My specs are: e4500 core 2 duo 2.2, gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R, 2x1gb chaintech apogee gt ram, msi n9800gt 512mb. I've tried resetting my cmos and that hasn't worked. I've also tried replacing ram. There are no beeps coming from the computer
 
Ohh, I can't find any info about that at all, what amps does it have on the 12v rail and how many 12v rails does it have? Information can be found from a sticker on the side of the power supply.
