Help! CPU voltage out of control

First, I guess it's worth mentioning that I've never overclocked this machine and I just reset the CMOS, which didn't fix it.

My box is in my sig, the CPU is a Pentium D 925 which should run at 3000MHz. The CPU speed on the right of the screenshot stays at 2400MHz most of the time, and which occasionally jump to 3000MHz where it should be. When this happens, the voltage also jumps to 1.25, which is where it should be according to Wikipedia.

So.. is there anything I can do to get it to run how it should or do I basically need to build a new computer?

Thanks, I eventually figured it out last night by playing around in the CMOS. I guess this officially makes me a computard.
