Help - DLLRUN error loading...

I just installed an antivirus, which removed a virus. Upon restarting the computer, a prompt now comes up saying dllrun error. Says, "Error loading C:\windows\wftadfi16_080827a.dll The specified module could not be found" Now my computer will not connect to the internet, but the network which also provides the internet is connected. Can anyone help me?!?!? Thank you in advance for your help!
 
That DLL is part of a spyware infection.

Download and Run the following:

ComboFix - S&D SpyBot - LavaSoft Ad-aware and to clean the left over stuff download ccleaner.

Run in this order:

1) SpyBot
2) Ad-aware
3) ComboFix
4) CCleaner

Encryptor
Linux rocks the planet...
