help!!emergency!!

There is nothing in your bios that says ""restore factory/default settings" or something like that just like apj101 said?

Maybe you should look around a bit more to see if there is something like that because there should be one in every bios.
 
i think that thats what i did thats why it became like that(slow)

F5 is the default button so i pressed F5 in every section from BIOS and from now on it became slow and malfunction

when a song is playing and am gonna open a program it make like pauses or it stop for seconds i don't khow why since i pressed default on evething i the BIOS it became like that.
before my computer waz fast but now i want to open firefox or other program and takes like a minute to open.


i really need help this computer is making me go crazy
