Please if you're reading this post something.

I just got my comp built today and everything seemed to go smooth. now I hooked up a monitor and all, turn everything on. comp seems to work, lights up, all fans go etc. but I have no picture on the monitor. the light just goes orange after a few seconds

ideas? I've checked connections and it appears to be fine...i dont know..

video card installation went well, went all the way in..

I might try another monitor but I don't know...it's been working on other comps..

anything else?

If you're sure that the monitor you're using is fine then your video card could be dead(it happens) or something could be wrong with the motherboard.

I found your problem

"WILL NOT WORK WITH OCZ, this MB only supports up to 1.95v DDR2 and LOTS of DDR2 is 2.1V or more (especially the faster stuff)"

WHAT THE **** HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? wtf do I do now?

edit: does that seem like a good reason for nothing coming up on the mobo though?

get a new mother board that will allow you to direct more voltage to your DIMM's or get new ram that uses less voltage....

I feel you man i just bought all the parts to my new comp like an hour ago and im hoping to god everything is correct

uhh, I just remembered...in the ram reviews it says the stock voltage is set to 1.9 and you have to change it to 2.1 in bios before starting windows.

meaning...it's not at 2.1 right now...

so is my problem elsewhere?
