Help finding a driver

Can someone help me find a driver for my webcam. Apparently, it's no where on the internet from what I can find.

It's for an Alienware M17x R3

These are the hardware ID's
USB\VID_05CA&PID_181A&REV_0<16&MI_00
USB\VID_05CA&PID_181A&MI_00

It's not on my resource CD or the Dell website. So...any leads would be cool.
 
I'm not getting any luck either... Are you running windows 7? I found one website where 7 will install its own driver for it.

I am. A generic Microsoft driver is currently installed. But, when I first got the laptop, the software that came with it allowed me to adjust the quality, and it looked really good. Right now, the quality is horrible.
