Help finding a graphics card.

I dont know too much about them. I just need to know what's compatible with my PC. I wanna play games like Sims and Minecraft. Simple stuff like that. My current Graphics Card plays Sims 4 just fine right now..but id like to play in higher quality. Any suggestions? Is there some site or way to tell what cards are compatible?

Your CPU isn't the best but a great 1080p card is the GTX 750Ti (my pick for the price range), or the Radeon R7 260X.

Definitely should help textures/shading.

Yeah I notice man. That's basically all I want. Better textures and shading. Where's the best place to buy from?
